Tyree - I'm Tray Gober, managing partner of Lee, Gober & Reyna, I'm sorry that you've had this experience.Four years is a long time to get a case resolved, most cases resolve much sooner than that, but some take that long (we see a lot of cases delayed by Covid). I've looked at your file and I can explain why your case took this long, but I don't want to do so in a public forum. If you would like to discuss this matter further please call the office and you and I can talk.As to the issue with the wire to your bank account - I can confirm that the wire was sent to the bank account with the information you provided at 5:22pm on April 4th, the funds would typically show up on your account on April 5th since the wire was after 4pm on April 4th, for some reason out of our control the wire was rejected by the bank, today Monday the 8th which is the first business day since bank rejected the wire, we continue to work with you to disburse the funds. I've asked our office manager and bookkeeper to send you documentation that we did send the wire as instructed and that the funds were rejected. It's always an option to receive a check with your settlement funds, but most clients prefer a wire since 99% of the time it is faster. We can't control banks or how they process a wire. We send thousands of wire transfers a year with very rare issue.Please do not hesitate to let me know if I can help in any other way. I'm sorry that you have had this experience. We will learn from it to help ensure a similar situation is less likely to occur in the future, but at the end of the day there a certain variables we just can't control.
